Sponsor: Outriders West Present ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Outriders Present ("Sponsor"), located at 939 W Kalmia St, San Diego, CA 92101.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of California, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising/promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, and siblings) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on Wednesday, July 31, 2024 at 4PM and ends on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at 10PM ("Sweepstakes Period"). All times are PST. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter:
a) Purchase Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, make a purchase here to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
b) Alternate Entry Method: To enter without purchase, mail a 3"x5" card with your name, address, phone number, and email address to: Outriders West Present, 939 W Kalmia St, San Diego, CA 92101. Limit one entry per envelope. Must be received by Monday, August 12, 2024 to be eligible.

Entry Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person, per day, regardless of the method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person on the same day will be disqualified. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
Winner Selection: On or about Friday, August 16, 2024, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize(s): (2) Tickets for the Wild Horses Festival. With a minimum value of $200.
Winner Notification: The potential winner(s) will be notified by email, phone, or mail within 5 days of the drawing. Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 3 days of notification. Failure to comply or return required documents may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes for any reason. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). Void where prohibited by law.

Privacy: Entrants' personal information will be collected and used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy.

Winner's List: For the name(s) of the winner(s), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Wild Horses Festival Winner's List, 939 W Kalmia St, San Diego, CA 92101. Requests must be received by August 16, 2024.

Governing Law: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. All disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court in California.
